Notes to Parent Volunteers for P2 Chinese Learning Journey 2016

Dear Parents,

     Thank you very much for signing up online as Parent Volunteersfor P2 Learning Journey 2016. We appreciate the time and effort that you are going to put in to ensure a fruitful learning session for your son and his classmates.     

     You will be “ADHOC PROJECT PARENT VOLUNTEERS” on the day and you need to take note of the following details:

1) NOT PARK IN SCHOOL

2) NOT USE ANY OF THEIR REGULAR DAILY PASSES FROM OTHER PROJECTS, IF ANY, TO ENTER THE SCHOOL

3) GO DIRECT TO THE GUARD POST AT THE MAIN GATE TO SIGN OUT FOR AN ADHOC PASS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO MEET YOU

4) WEAR AND DISPLAY THEIR ADHOC PASSES PROMINENTLY AT ALL TIMES

5) NOT TO EAT OR BE WITH THEIR CHILDREN IN THE CANTEEN DURING RECESSES

6) RETURN THE TAGS TO THE GUARD POST AT OUR MAIN GATE BEFORE LEAVING THE SCHOOL

7) PROCEED TO THE SIDE GATES TO PICK UP THEIR SONS AFTER RETURNING THE TAGS TO THE GUARD POST.

8)  REPORTING DATE/TIME： 7:40 am 7July（Thursday）(For P2R）
